About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support, maintain, and evolve customer service systems and platforms
- Manage high-impact incidents, minimizing impacts on availability
- Collaborate with corporate teams and other business verticals to deliver an exceptional experience to end customers
- Serve as the technical owner of the solution, from architectural design through facilitating and advocating for proposals with corporate teams
- Remove impediments and lead the development delivery team
- Design end-to-end technical solutions, facilitating alignment with engineering and corporate teams
- Monitor and guide the development delivery team, ensuring code compliance with the proposed architecture and best practices
- Define the technical direction of the Squad’s products
- Promote security standards, Clean Code, SOLID principles, and DDD
- Provide technical leadership to developers, guiding refinement sessions, impact analyses, estimates, Gitflow, and technical debt mapping
- Participate in Discovery sessions, connecting business hypotheses to technical feasibility
- Propose improvements to tools and processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Strong initiative and a proactive mindset
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Emotional intelligence for situations requiring additional care and negotiation
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Solid experience with Java, Python, JavaScript, HTML, Angular, jQuery, and PL/SQL
- Knowledge of multicloud environments (AWS, Azure, and GCP)
- Knowledge of microservices
- Knowledge of container governance and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proficiency in Software Architecture, SOLID principles, DDD (Domain-Driven Design), and secure development practices
- Availability to work onsite twice a month at the client’s location in Barra Funda
