Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in developing, configuring, and maintaining internal applications using Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate
Support integrations using APIs and relational databases to ensure seamless data flow
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and story pointing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver incremental value
Contribute to automated test cases to support software quality and reduce manual testing
Develop, deploy, and maintain AI agents using platforms such as Copilot Studio
Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications and data sources
Identify opportunities for intelligent automation using conversational AI, predictive analytics, and autonomous decision-making
Ensure applications and AI agents meet security, compliance, and ethical-use standards
Monitor application and AI-agent performance for accuracy and reliability
Document application logic, workflows, and support procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, certifications, and relevant internship or work experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform applications, including Dataverse and SharePoint
Knowledge of Microsoft 365, third-party APIs, and Azure services
Strong attention to detail and commitment to clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Familiarity with Agile software development practices
Basic experience with data modeling and database structure
Familiarity with AI agent development, including natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, and integration with enterprise systems
Ability to work remotely with instances requiring time spent on a Vermeer campus
