About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the initial HubSpot setup for new clients
  • Assist with creating and maintaining custom fields, sales pipelines, contact lists, forms, marketing campaigns, customer journeys, and basic automations
  • Import and organize data via CSV and other sources
  • Support the configuration of service workflows and tickets in Service Hub
  • Assist with creating dashboards and basic reports
  • Participate in client meetings to gather requirements and track project progress
  • Document processes, configurations, and best practices
  • Support testing and validation of completed implementations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of HubSpot
  • Academic experience, internship, or early-career experience with CRM, marketing automation, sales funnels, or customer service
  • Basic knowledge of configuring fields and properties
  • Basic knowledge of data import processes
  • Basic knowledge of email marketing campaigns
  • Basic knowledge of list segmentation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly
  • HubSpot Academy certifications are a plus
  • Knowledge of Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, or Service Hub is a plus
  • Experience with HubSpot, Zendesk, Salesforce, or RD Station is a plus
  • Basic Excel knowledge is a plus
  • Familiarity with API integrations, Zapier, or Make is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree
