About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and own front-end and back-end applications for Versana’s real-time syndicated loan platform
Work with Product and UX to address client needs through high-impact solutions
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Build full-stack test automation
Optimize applications for performance and scalability
Develop and maintain the design system
Help establish the technical foundation and culture for the Application Development squad
Onboard and mentor new team members
Participate in all stages of data platform development, from ideation through deployment and support

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS or BA in Computer Science or related field
5+ years of full stack development experience
Backend experience with Java/Spring Boot
Front-end experience with React/Angular, TypeScript/JavaScript
Understanding of application architecture and performance optimization
Proficiency with Git, Maven/Gradle, and Artifactory
Experience with REST APIs and GraphQL
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
End-to-end testing knowledge, such as Cypress, Selenium, or Cucumber
Experience with public cloud computing
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
