About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, feedback, and one-on-one meetings through mentoring and support for individual development
  • Continuously seek improvements and best practices, promoting team training and development
  • Manage task workflows and assignments across different teams
  • Plan, prepare, and monitor the department’s budget
  • Manage squad budgets
  • Implement and monitor OKRs and other performance indicators
  • Identify and implement agile methodologies within technology teams
  • Lead agile ceremonies and frameworks, such as stand-ups, sprints, and retrospectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Certification in agile methods, such as Scrum Master or Agile Coach, is highly desirable
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
  • Solid knowledge of software development
  • In-depth understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean
  • Experience analyzing data and metrics to assess team performance, such as OKRs or KPIs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
  • Leadership and team management courses are a plus
  • Training in organizational change management or digital transformation is an advantage
