About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the execution of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection, telecommunications, and special systems installations
Lead in-house teams, designers, suppliers, and contractors
Ensure compliance with project schedules, budgets, and performance indicators
Ensure compliance with technical standards, hospital requirements, quality standards, and safety regulations
Manage coordination with clients, inspectors, and other project stakeholders
Support procurement processes, technical bid evaluations, and contract management
Mitigate risks and implement actions to ensure excellence in project delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field
Extensive experience managing building systems and installations on medium- and large-scale projects
Experience with planning, cost control, and contract management
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
Knowledge of standards and best practices applicable to commercial construction
Experience with retrofit projects and/or hospital construction
Knowledge of BIM and project management methodologies
Postgraduate qualification in Project Management or a related field
Willingness to reside in Rio de Janeiro, RJ
