Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct operational diagnostics across construction sites and identify opportunities for improvement
Map, standardize, and implement processes and best practices across all projects
Develop and implement the company’s operating model
Lead operational excellence, productivity improvement, and waste reduction initiatives
Establish governance rituals, committees, and routines for monitoring results
Create and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and management reports to support decision-making
Conduct compliance audits and develop action plans to ensure implementation of defined standards
Support the launch of new projects, ensuring adoption of corporate methodologies and processes
Work with leadership to promote a continuous improvement culture
Identify opportunities for digitization, automation, and the use of BI tools
Ensure greater operational consistency and reduce deviations across projects
Validate and design the operating model, roll it out across projects, train teams, and monitor adoption until it becomes part of routine operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Engineering (civil, electrical, mechanical, industrial, or related field)
6–10 years of experience in operational excellence, process management, PMO, or continuous improvement, with at least some experience in engineering, construction, installation, or EPC
Demonstrated experience implementing standardized processes across more than one project or business unit, with measured results
Willingness to spend 30%–50% of the time in the field, based in São Paulo/Alphaville
Active Brazilian corporate taxpayer registration (CNPJ)
Management consulting experience preferred (Falconi, A&M, McKinsey, Accenture, Big Four, or similar)
Experience with data center, energy, or other critical-environment projects
Preferred certifications: Lean Construction, Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt), PMP
Experience with BI and construction ERP systems
Experience establishing governance routines, including committees, RACI matrices, and process audits
