About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide estate planning services to clients handed off by Legal Directors
- Meet virtually or in person with clients to confirm estate planning needs
- Prepare revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, deeds, and LLCs
- Draft estate planning documents using personal methods or company templates
- Stay up to date with the latest state laws
- Collaborate with tax, business, financial advisors, Legal Directors, and other professionals

- Serve households with average client assets of $1 million to $10 million
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be licensed in the posted state
- Entry-level attorneys will be considered
- Ability to conduct client meetings virtually
- Must be able to meet clients to oversee document execution
