Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist tax and wealth management teams with estate planning on a non-exclusive basis
  • Receive hand-offs from Legal Directors to provide estate planning services
  • Meet virtually or in-person with clients to confirm estate planning needs
  • Draft revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, deeds, and LLCs
  • Draft estate planning documents using own methods or company templates

  • Serve an established book of business with households holding average client assets of $1 million to $10 million

Requirements

  • Must be licensed in the posted state
