About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide dedicated support for the client
- Handle tickets related to electronic tax documents, rejections, and communication errors with SEFAZ and municipal authorities
- Provide support for the eDocument Cockpit
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience as an SAP DRC Consultant in a support environment
- Knowledge of NF-e, CT-e, and NFS-e, as well as Brazilian tax legislation as applied to SAP
- Experience with eDocument and integration with SEFAZ
- Experience with SAP GRC NF-e or GRC-to-DRC migration is a plus
- Availability to work onsite in Barueri twice a week
- Strong analytical and collaborative skills
