About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver features end to end for products built with Vue 3, Nest.js, and MongoDB
Independently design and implement product components in close collaboration with customers from public administration
Create requirements profiles to inform architecture and data model design
Develop MVPs and prototypes for customer presentations
Establish, document, and monitor compliance with standards for the growing codebase
Assume technical responsibility for a specific area of the product portfolio
Actively contribute ideas to the product’s ongoing development
Develop modern cloud-based software applications and specialized administrative processes to digitize public administration

Requirements

What you’ll need

Product-minded full-stack engineer capable of delivering features end to end
Willingness to take genuine responsibility for work outcomes
Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
Excellent knowledge of Vue 3
Experience with MongoDB and Nest.js
Several years of experience in software development
Strong intrinsic motivation to contribute to the digitization of public administration
Relevant degree or vocational qualification with a strong academic or professional record, or several years of work experience
Career changers are welcome, provided they can demonstrate strong intrinsic motivation and several years of experience as software developers
Knowledge of Figma, software testing, software architecture, GitHub Actions, DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker, or public administration processes is a plus
