About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Translate the integration and value-creation thesis into clear workstreams, milestones, owners, dependencies, and deliverables
Coordinate the strategy team and relevant functional stakeholders to execute agreed initiatives
Maintain the integrated project plan and document actions, decisions, and deadlines
Monitor delivery against milestones, priorities, and expected outcomes
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for senior stakeholders
Track key performance indicators and support measurement of benefits delivered
Identify and escalate risks, blockers, dependencies, and resource constraints with practical recommendations
Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and follow up on actions
Support alignment between strategy, operational teams, and leadership
Improve project-management tools, governance processes, and reporting templates
Maintain accurate project documentation and a clear audit trail
Ensure integration initiatives are delivered on time, risks are escalated early, and benefits are tracked with reliable evidence

Requirements

What you’ll need

Approximately 2–4 years of experience in project management, strategy, consulting, business operations, integration, or a similar role
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage several workstreams simultaneously
Ability to coordinate colleagues and stakeholders without formal authority
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Ability to produce structured progress reports and communicate issues to senior stakeholders
Proactive, dependable, and willing to follow through on actions
Good judgement about when to resolve an issue independently and when to escalate it
Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
Experience with project-management tools is beneficial
Exposure to post-merger integration, transformation, private equity, or value-creation programmes is desirable but not essential
