About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the delivery management process, serving as the primary liaison between business and technology teams.
Monitor and analyze agile flow metrics, such as Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, and WIP.
Manage dependencies across multidisciplinary teams and keep stakeholders informed about project status, risks, and progress.
Plan production deployments, including risk analysis, contingency plans, rollback procedures, schedules, and change governance.
Assess the technical feasibility, effort, impact, and financial estimates of new projects, products, and services.
Support prioritization, planning, and decision-making processes, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives.
Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes and team productivity.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Strong experience in technology project, product, or operations management.
Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean).
Experience with flow metrics and capacity management.
Knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and change management.
Experience planning and coordinating deployments in production environments.
Ability to conduct technical and financial feasibility analyses.
Experience managing executive stakeholders and business teams.
