About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Organize the technology department’s internal processes
- Create and maintain internal documentation
- Address and monitor risk findings, internal controls, and internal and external audits
- Participate in meetings related to KPIs and process improvement
- Prepare and distribute informational communications to IT teams
- Administer and support requests handled through the ITSM tool and its service catalog
- Generate KPIs and participate in meetings to assess them
- Support and establish new controls aimed at continuous improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- This position is exclusively open to professionals located in the São Paulo metropolitan area, São Paulo state
- Completed or ongoing degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Networks, Business Administration with a focus on IT, or a related technology field
- Solid knowledge of IT Service Management processes based on ITIL best practices
- Experience defining, monitoring, and analyzing KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Forms)
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence and data analysis tools for dashboards and executive reports
- Experience using Artificial Intelligence tools for data analysis, automation, reporting, and identifying improvement opportunities
- Experience preparing executive presentations and reports
- Knowledge of IT Governance, operational controls, and continuous process improvement
- ITIL Foundation certification is a plus
- Knowledge of COBIT or other IT Governance frameworks is a plus
- Experience with Power BI is a plus
- Knowledge of Risk Management, Compliance, and IT Controls is a plus
- Experience working in medium-sized and large corporate environments is a plus
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) is a plus
