About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Validate transactions by verifying data, business rules, limits, status, and other conditions
- Record, store, and query transaction data using SQL Server
- Communicate with other systems through REST APIs and RabbitMQ, synchronously or asynchronously
- Implement controls to prevent vulnerabilities and protect financial data
- Create automated tests to verify that the code functions correctly
- Use Azure and CI/CD pipelines to deploy new versions to production
- Monitor Dynatrace/Grafana to identify latency, errors, and availability issues
- Develop or modify React interfaces as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Solid experience in the financial services industry, with an understanding of payment flows, transactions, and data security
- Proven experience working in agile teams (Scrum/Kanban), with a focus on continuous delivery and code quality
- Strong knowledge of .NET 6/.NET 8, C#, Web API (RESTful), and microservices architecture
- Experience with React and responsive SPA interface development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server 2016+, including the development and optimization of stored procedures, views, and complex queries
- Practical experience with messaging queues using RabbitMQ
- Knowledge of Azure, cloud computing, DevOps, CI/CD, Git, and Git Flow
- Proficiency in SOLID, DDD, and CQRS
- Experience with unit testing using xUnit, Moq, and nSubstitute
- Experience identifying and remediating security vulnerabilities
- Knowledge of environment and performance monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and Grafana
