About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Actively participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from conception and design through implementation, testing, delivery, and ongoing support
  • Participate in technical and business meetings, contributing insights and solutions
  • Apply agile methodologies integrated with the use of Artificial Intelligence, such as Specification-Driven Development (SDD), to translate requirements into architecture and code
  • Develop solutions in .NET and C#
  • Develop integrations with internal and external solutions
  • Use AI assistants and generative tools to optimize code creation, refactoring, test coverage, and code reviews
  • Support users and answer questions during user acceptance testing
  • Provide support and ongoing maintenance for developed solutions
  • Generate automated or AI-assisted documentation, including manuals and work procedures
  • Maintain a strong commitment to deadlines and continuous value delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Proficiency in C#
  • Proficiency in MVC
  • Proficiency in Angular
  • Proficiency in SQL Server, including stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and jQuery
  • Proficiency in MVC and Bootstrap
  • Proficiency in Web API, Web Services, and WCF
  • Solid knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
  • Experience with ORM persistence layers, particularly Dapper
  • Experience with DevOps, including Git/TFS and Azure DevOps
  • Practical ability to use Artificial Intelligence, such as Specification-Driven Development (SDD), in the agile lifecycle
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to solve complex problems
  • Strong instructional skills for explaining technical concepts to people and providing context for AI models
