About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a portfolio of legal proceedings in the area of Consumer Law
- Draft pleadings and other legal documents
- Monitor and meet deadlines
- Take urgent action as required
- Prepare appellate legal opinions
- Issue court fee payment slips and payment forms for judgments and settlements
- Monitor proceedings and take all necessary action in the cases under your responsibility
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active registration with the OAB/SP (São Paulo section of the Brazilian Bar Association)
- Bachelor’s degree in Law; postgraduate qualification in the relevant practice area is desirable
- Knowledge of Consumer and Civil Law
- Experience with Civil Procedure (mandatory)
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle high volumes of work and urgent demands
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Punctuality and reliability
