Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Law degree; postgraduate qualification in the relevant practice area preferred
  • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB/SP)
  • Experience handling litigation from commencement through final resolution required
  • Experience in banking law and/or vehicle financing preferred
  • Experience in Civil Law, Civil Procedure, and Consumer Law
  • Agility and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage high volumes of work and urgent demands effectively
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Autonomy and ability to work as part of a team
