About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and monitor asset recovery portfolios
- Handle all stages of litigation, including deadline management and compliance
- Draft pleadings and other legal documents
- Prepare and update portfolio monitoring reports
- Communicate with opposing parties and their representatives to negotiate and reach settlements
- Communicate with clients to align strategies and define appropriate legal measures
- Monitor proceedings and develop strategies to maximize recovery results
- Liaise with internal departments and perform other duties related to the role
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Law; postgraduate qualification in the practice area is preferred
- Active membership with the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB/SP)
- Experience in civil litigation and credit recovery
- Agility and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage high volumes of work and urgent demands
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Effective relationship-building with clients and colleagues
- Institutional engagement and collaboration
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent writing, communication, and logical reasoning skills
