About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Representation in high-volume employment litigation, with a focus on the knowledge/trial phase
Drafting defenses, pleadings, responses, challenges to expert reports, closing arguments, and other medium- and high-complexity legal documents
Reviewing documents and defining defense strategies
Attending hearings
Preparing company representatives and witnesses and conducting hearings
Completing and updating internal and client systems
Performing other activities inherent to law firm operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 2 years of experience in employment law representing defendants, including drafting legal documents, attending hearings, and using legal systems
Knowledge of all procedural stages, with strong command of the knowledge and trial phase
Bachelor’s degree in Law
Postgraduate qualification in the field is desirable
Strong organizational skills
Autonomous and collaborative profile, with the ability to manage multiple demands
Reliability and a strong sense of urgency
Active registration with the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB/SP)
Experience with high-volume litigation
Proactive approach
Exceptional problem-solving skills
Excellent client-facing skills
Advanced Excel skills
Solid knowledge of employment litigation and procedure
Experience drafting legal documents and analyzing spreadsheets
