Requirements
What you’ll need- Active membership in the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, with a postgraduate qualification in Labor and Employment Procedure
- Solid knowledge of Employment Law, with at least 3–4 years of experience
- Previous experience handling critical, complex, or strategic cases
- Excellent writing, argumentation, and logical reasoning skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and matters
- Autonomy in carrying out responsibilities, with accountability and commitment
- Resilience and adaptability when dealing with different situations and changes
- Empathy and the ability to foster harmonious relationships with team members and clients
- Experience in employment law
- Experience with high-volume litigation
