About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in developing legal theories and arguments
- Review medium- and high-complexity legal documents

Requirements
What you’ll need- Active Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) registration
- Completed law degree, with a postgraduate qualification in Labor Procedure
- Solid knowledge of Labor Law
- Previous experience in high-demand work environments
- Excellent writing, argumentation, and logical reasoning skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor
- Ability to manage high volumes of work and urgent demands
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks
- Autonomy in carrying out responsibilities, with accountability and commitment
- Resilience and adaptability when dealing with changes and different work situations
- Empathy to foster harmonious relationships with the team and clients
- Experience working with companies undergoing judicial reorganization is a plus
- Experience with Elaw is a plus
- Experience in labor law
- Experience with mass litigation matters
