About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct appellate analysis
- Prepare court-related calculations
- Draft legal opinions during the enforcement phase
- Negotiate settlements
- Update the firm’s and client’s systems
- Monitor legal proceedings
- Perform other routine activities related to the assigned portfolio
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Law; postgraduate education in the practice area is preferred
- Active membership with the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB/SP)
- Experience in civil litigation and consumer law
- Agility and strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle high volumes of work and urgent demands
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Reliability and consistent attendance
- Productivity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
