About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide customers with a memorable shopping experience
- Deliver the highest level of customer service and treat all customers with respect
- Develop thorough knowledge of products in store
- Maintain merchandising standards according to brand guidelines
- Keep up to date with current trends and the brand’s position in the market
- Follow operational procedures in the store and stock room

Requirements
What you’ll need- Part-time, fixed-term seasonal role requiring 24 hours
- Passion for interacting with customers and delivering a fantastic customer experience
- Positive can-do attitude and hands-on mentality
- Passion for the VANS brand, fashion and retail
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and holidays as necessary
- Previous experience is beneficial but not necessary
