About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Operate, support, and continuously improve identity and access management services focused on Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, and AWS IAM
Partner with Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Application teams to deliver identity services across cloud and on-premises environments
Contribute to Entra ID and AWS identity priorities, modernization efforts, and Zero Trust adoption
Implement identity controls for autonomous agents and machine identities
Provision, maintain, and retire agent identities using Entra workload identities and AWS IAM roles
Implement least-privilege access controls and role-based authorization models
Support on-premises Active Directory, Group Policy management, and tiered security architecture
Maintain authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle standards
Support SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, AWS IAM Identity Center, and directory services
Provide day-to-day IAM support, access request handling, troubleshooting, and basic IGA/PAM administration using platforms such as Saviynt
Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into IAM solutions
Support cloud migrations, application integrations, and digital transformation initiatives
Automate identity lifecycle processes and improve operational efficiency
Support IAM governance, access reviews, compliance activities, and audit remediation
Share expertise through documentation, design reviews, and informal guidance
Engage Microsoft, AWS, and implementation partners on identity topics
Evaluate IAM technologies, support licensing reviews, and recommend identity optimizations
Communicate architecture decisions, project status, and technical recommendations
Serve as an IAM subject matter expert across authentication, authorization, federation, identity governance, and privileged access

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in Information Security, with strong experience in IAM
Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Entra ID and AWS IAM
Exposure to IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or similar
Working knowledge of AWS IAM, IAM Identity Center, and federation between Entra ID and AWS using SAML, OIDC, and SCIM
Experience with Entra ID Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management, and hybrid identity through Entra Connect
Strong understanding of SSO, MFA, Federation, PAM, IGA, and directory services
Experience supporting and implementing IAM solutions in AWS and hybrid environments
Familiarity with Zero Trust principles and identity-centric security models
Experience with compliance, audit, and access governance requirements
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred: Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator (SC-300) or AWS Certified Security Specialty
