About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver product training sessions to retail staff in-store and outdoors
Act as regional product expert and key contact between Altra, sales representatives, and retail accounts
Share field insights
Build relationships with retail partners and support store teams
Ensure high-quality in-store brand presentation through merchandising and POS execution
Organize events and represent Altra at trade shows, store openings, and customer events
Lead community engagement efforts and support local brand ambassadors
Provide reports and presentations
Manage budgets
Occasionally support the sales representative in order management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in retail, field support, or technical representation, ideally in the running or outdoor industry
Passion for running and deep knowledge of running footwear
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated, well-organized, and comfortable working independently
High willingness to travel
Valid driver’s license
Native speaker or fluent in Polish and German
English language skills are a plus
