About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work with the world’s largest wallets, card networks, and AI/agent platforms
Coordinate directly with Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, and emerging AI commerce and agent-payments providers
Build seamless token APIs, define and implement protocols, and develop trust frameworks for secure agent payments
Translate emerging standards such as Agentic Tokens, ACP, UCP, and MPP into product requirements and roadmaps
Own and drive multi-partner technical integrations end-to-end
Represent VGS in emerging standards discussions
Help define how agent-initiated transactions are authorized, tokenized, and secured across networks
Design browser automation tooling for AI systems to perform human-like interactions while keeping the AI system out of scope
Develop VGS’s technical product point of view on agentic commerce
Influence partner and internal engineering roadmaps
Understand, integrate with, and build on existing VGS tokenization and payments infrastructure

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years as a Product Manager
Prior experience in a technically hands-on role such as solutions engineering, technical account management, integration engineering, or software engineering
Experience within payments, fintech, or API platforms
Direct experience delivering APIs, SDKs, or protocols in a partner-facing capacity
Experience debugging integrations in real time
Experience designing reporting and observability systems
Genuine, demonstrated interest in AI/agentic systems
Comfortable with deeply technical partner engineering conversations and executive/GTM conversations about strategy and roadmap
Ability to interpret protocol documentation, negotiate requirements with vendor and partner teams, and translate product ideas into a delivered roadmap
Ability to define differences between agentic protocols and understand API specifications across vendors
Experience with tokenization, payment processing, or security products (nice to have)
BA/BS degree (nice to have)
Prior work with AI agent frameworks, LLM tooling, or agent-to-agent protocols (nice to have)
