About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and motivate installation personnel

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed degree in civil engineering/electrical engineering or master craftsperson or technician training with an electrical engineering focus, or an equivalent qualification
  • Several years of construction-related professional experience, particularly in site operations
  • Experience in the technical leadership of installation personnel
  • Assertive, independent, and customer-oriented approach to work
  • Class B driving licence; BE preferred
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
  • Willingness to work on construction sites in the Schwäbisch Hall, Mutlangen, and Aalen areas
