About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop complex systems and solutions to advance the digitalization of the Omexom brand
  • Advise, support, and train colleagues on IT-related topics
  • Assist users with issues through the helpdesk by phone, email, and on site
  • Collaborate with IT colleagues from across Europe within VINCI Energies
  • Plan, set up, and operate complex IT systems
  • Manage servers, networks, cloud solutions, and IT security concepts
  • Communicate directly with business customers
  • Contribute to projects introducing new systems and technologies—from consulting and implementation through to support
  • Support customers by phone, remote access, or on site
  • Work at the Uedem site and at branch locations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least an intermediate secondary school qualification; preferably an advanced technical college entrance qualification or university entrance qualification
  • Initial experience working with computers or IT solutions
  • Good English skills
  • Technical aptitude
  • Strong communication skills
  • Enjoy working with people and as part of an organized team
  • Category B driving license
  • Application including a résumé and current school report
