About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Independently manage the technical and commercial execution of projects involving electrical infrastructure, particularly in the decommissioning and dismantling of nuclear facilities
  • Plan and implement plant modifications and the shutdown of electrical systems at customer sites
  • Perform project controlling and collaborate with customers and suppliers
  • Prepare work activities as part of the work permit and approval process within electrical operations management
  • Conduct technical inspections of systems and equipment
  • Prepare and manage technical documentation in accordance with customer requirements, statutory provisions, standards, and guidelines
  • Prepare cost calculations and quotations for electrical engineering projects
  • Contribute to interdisciplinary project teams, taking responsibility for scheduling and project coordination
  • Design electrical systems in voltage classes up to 1 kV

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician, together with further training as an Electrical Engineering Technician or Master Craftsman, or a completed degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Ideally, experience with CAD applications such as AutoCAD, Visio, EPLAN, Bentley MicroStation V8, or RUPLAN
  • Proficient use of MS Office applications
  • Independent and structured approach to work in collaboration with remotely working teams
  • Good written and spoken German
  • Class B driving licence
