About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain accurate 3D plumbing models using Revit
- Convert 2D drawings and design documents into BIM models
- Perform clash detection and coordination with other disciplines
- Produce coordination and construction drawings
- Review project drawings, specifications, and requirements
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure quality and timely completion of deliverables
- Prepare RFIs and assist in resolving design and coordination issues
- Participate in team meetings, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related engineering field
- Minimum 1 year of experience using Autodesk Revit for BIM modeling
- Experience in plumbing systems and construction drawings
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems and construction drawings
- Basic knowledge of Navisworks
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced BIM environment
- Knowledge of US construction standards
- Experience with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and BIM 360
- Master Plumber License is an advantage
- BIM certification is an advantage
