About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute in-store merchandising standards
- Install displays and implement planograms
- Install promotional materials (POS)
- Maximize visibility, shelf space, and product availability
- Identify opportunities to improve sales and brand presence
- Recommend adjustments to optimize in-store performance
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with store managers
- Collaborate with the sales team to support commercial initiatives
- Complete visit reports
- Conduct 4 to 10 store visits per day
- Ensure flawless execution in IGA, Walmart, Maxi, Metro, and Super C stores
Requirements
What you’ll need- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle (required)
- At least one year of experience in merchandising, retail, or customer service
- Grocery experience is a strong asset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lb
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Advanced spoken and written French
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma (asset)
