About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate designated program's proactive quality improvement efforts
  • Assist the QI Manager with quality improvement activities across a network of crisis centers
  • Develop, coordinate, and implement a formal quality improvement plan
  • Monitor internal QI activities and adherence to funder and agency goals
  • Ensure QI and outcome reports for external funders and stakeholders are completed promptly
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance; support improvement strategy development
  • Coordinate and support regular program QI meetings reviewing outcomes, deliverables, and KPIs
  • Collaborate with departments to develop QI activities supporting crisis centers' compliance with Lifeline operational and clinical KPIs
  • Analyze and investigate claims, complaints, and grievances
  • Collect data, establish key performance indicators, and measure progress
  • Work alongside Quality Improvement Specialists
  • Prepare written reports, assemble data, and develop charts and graphs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree preferred in Healthcare, Public Health or Social Sciences
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to problem-solve
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Basic knowledge of contact center data and analytics
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail with effective time management and organizational skills
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with others
  • Strong customer-service orientation
  • Project development, management, and implementation
  • Prior experience at a crisis center or an interest in mental health/suicide prevention; familiarity with the nonprofit sector preferred
  • Experience with compliance and quality improvement activities and data analysis preferred
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
  • Will constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery
  • Will frequently communicate over video calls with internal and external stakeholders
