About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Advise clients on establishing and operating BCM systems in accordance with ISO 22301 or BSI 200-4 in exciting multi-project environments
Develop, implement, and optimize ISMSs in accordance with ISO 27001 and other standards
Conduct internal and external audits as a Lead Auditor
Serve as the primary point of contact and project lead for clients regarding BSI IT-Grundschutz
Work closely with client teams as a Project Manager
Help shape cybersecurity in day-to-day operations
Train and develop (Junior) Consultants
Contribute to research projects with interdisciplinary consortia as an experienced Project Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed university degree
Several years of experience in information security and/or BCM
In-depth, practical knowledge of ISO 27001 and/or ISO 22301
Practical experience as a Lead Auditor
Practical experience as a BSI IT-Grundschutz Consultant
Several years of experience as a Project Manager in consulting
Excellent German and English language skills (C2)
Knowledge of additional standards such as TISAX, DORA, and IEC 62443 is an advantage
Certifications such as ISO 27001 / ISO 22301, CISM, CBCI, or comparable qualifications are an advantage
