About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop AI-agentic solutions from scratch or by integrating existing agents and foundational technologies
- Cooperate closely with the Business Development team and other users
- Use AI to ship high-quality code rapidly
- Architect and build scalable, robust, maintainable AI-first software solutions for complex user stories
- Work with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end innovations
- Own the full development pipeline from design and development through QA, deployment, and production monitoring
- Lead architectural discussions, code reviews, and retrospectives
- Mentor fellow engineers
- Integrate LLMs, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, embeddings, and deep learning frameworks to unlock business value
Requirements
What you’ll need- Have excelled somewhere, somehow through an impacting technical contribution — one which we can talk about
- Experience developing AI agents and integrating them into workflows
- Current knowledge of AI tools, models, and trends in AI-assisted software engineering
- Expertise in context engineering, including prompting
- Ability to choose when to leverage different AI models
- First-hand experience with Claude Code or Cursor
- Ability to design evaluation sets, work with LLM-as-judge or ground-truth data, and use tracing and observability tooling
- Hands-on record of building production-grade software, preferably with AI components such as LLMs, embeddings, PyTorch/TensorFlow, RAG pipelines, or autonomous agents
- Agnostic approach to technology stacks and tools
- Exceptional autonomy, with ability to drive work from idea to finished product
- Ability to thoughtfully challenge ideas and drive constructive discussions
- Strong, respectful teamwork grounded in humility and partnership
- Residence within ±3 hours of Central European Time
- Full professional proficiency in English at C2 level
