About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the application of VIDA Health’s Digital Engineering Framework across the capital portfolio
- Ensure projects meet digital requirements, industry standards, and organisational objectives
- Provide specialist technical advice on Digital Engineering Management Plans, model production strategies, and project-specific digital delivery documentation
- Support implementation of Digital Build technology platforms and the Common Data Environment
- Ensure project information is effectively managed
- Work with project teams, consultants and contractors to strengthen coordination, quality, and project delivery
- Drive implementation and continuous improvement of Digital Build practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- A degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Building Design, Digital Engineering or a related discipline
- Extensive experience delivering Digital Engineering, BIM, or Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) services on major infrastructure projects
- Hands-on expertise in model coordination, clash detection, model validation, and design review processes
- Advanced capability across Autodesk Forma, Revit, Navisworks Manage, Revizto and digital engineering platforms
- Proven experience applying digital engineering tools in live project environments
- Ability to facilitate workshops, navigate complex technical challenges, and develop practical solutions
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa
- Successful candidates undergo qualification, police, reference and role-related clearance checks
