Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline
  • Graduated, or be due to graduate, from an Australian or New Zealand University between 1 December 2024 and 31 January 2027
  • Australian citizen, permanent resident, New Zealand citizen, or holder of a valid visa with full working rights for the required period
  • Relevant pre-employment screening and reference checks
  • Ability to manage own tasks and keep accurate records
  • Ability to draw insights from data and understand the basics of data quality
  • Customer-focused approach to improving outcomes
  • Critical thinking and willingness to seek guidance
  • Ability to suggest process improvements under time pressure
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Understanding of Agile ways of working, including Scrum, user stories, sprint ceremonies and collaborative delivery (desirable)
  • Exposure to software delivery, including development, business analysis and testing (desirable)
