About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Report to the RAN Design Evolution Manager
Perform radio network planning, optimization and performance monitoring
Responsible for radio network design and planning for assigned areas
Create common designs for both networks in sharing areas, considering KPI accomplishment and budget guidelines
Plan and prioritize new radio site rollouts based on radio and commercial needs, site deactivation impact and customer complaints
Apply site configuration knowledge and contribute to optimization initiatives and insertion of new technologies such as LTE and 5G

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
In-depth knowledge and understanding of GSM, UMTS, LTE & 5G technologies
Experience using planning tools such as Atoll
Knowledge of Radio Network Design, Planning & Dimensioning Principles
Knowledge of Radio Functionalities, Parameters and basic Performance Indicators
Knowledge/experience with Huawei RAN hardware
Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Greek and English
At least 2 years of working experience
Enthusiastic and passionate, with strong customer orientation
Very good knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office
Driving license for regular field/site visits
