About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the care fee management team with administrative and organizational tasks related to remuneration procedures
  • Organize, maintain, and archive key contract and negotiation documents in the enaio document management system
  • Prepare information and notification letters based on approved templates, such as resident information letters and notifications pursuant to Section 82 (4) of the German Social Code, Book XI (SGB XI)
  • Maintain pricing and contract data and support benchmark analyses
  • Monitor processing status, deadlines, and outstanding responses
  • Remind internal and external stakeholders about open items
  • Coordinate signature workflows for care fee agreements
  • Ensure complete and traceable document filing
  • Support the improvement of templates, checklists, and digital processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • A highly thorough, structured, and reliable working style, particularly when handling deadlines and sensitive documents
  • Ability to prioritize multiple cases and track their status transparently
  • Clear written communication skills and an interest in service-oriented collaboration
  • Good German language skills for preparing formal correspondence accurately
  • Experience in the care, healthcare, or social services sector is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of SGB XI or SGB XII is an advantage
  • Experience with enaio or another document management system is an advantage; the specific software can be learned during onboarding
  • Experience with data maintenance, contract management, or standardized correspondence processes is an advantage
