About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the full channel partner lifecycle from sourcing and signing to commercialization
  • Commercialize existing signed partners through lead flow, bundled go-to-market packages, and forecasting
  • Build per-partner commercial plans with named deliverables and recurring forecasts
  • Source, sign, and onboard referral, reseller, and integration partners
  • Own partner-sourced qualified pipeline generation and conversion while partnering with Sales on deal closing
  • Design bundled go-to-market packages with Product
  • Build partner playbooks, sales enablement materials, and onboarding paths
  • Collaborate with Marketing on partner announcements, co-branded launches, and press/logo visibility
  • Lead partner performance reviews and refine activation strategy
  • Manage a lean team of direct reports while executing individually
  • Bring partner field feedback into product and go-to-market roadmap discussions
  • Create lead registration, deal attribution, and conflict-resolution frameworks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Track record of commercializing a channel and materially growing channel revenue
  • Hands-on experience in partner business development and partner management
  • Experience building per-partner commercial plans and forecasts
  • Ability to develop tactical plans for partner types independently
  • Strong understanding of referral, reseller, and integration partnership models
  • Comfort operating in a lean, resource-constrained environment
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product, RevOps, and Sales
  • Passion for improving health outcomes
  • Bonus: Experience in dental distribution, imaging, or practice-management software channels
  • Bonus: Experience building or scaling a partner program from scratch
  • Bonus: Prior work with AI or SaaS platforms in clinical settings
