About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies supporting organizational goals and business priorities
- Advise leaders on people-related matters, organizational effectiveness, and workforce needs
- Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and change management
- Coach managers on employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, and leadership effectiveness
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to support workforce planning and attract, hire, and retain talent
- Support performance management, employee development, coaching, and performance improvement
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and strengthen culture, communication, and employee experience
- Support career development, succession planning, and leadership development programs
- Facilitate employee training, professional development, and leadership-development initiatives
- Analyze HR metrics, workforce trends, and employee data to identify opportunities and recommend business solutions
- Ensure HR practices and policies comply with applicable employment laws and regulations
- Build relationships with employees and leadership to encourage communication, trust, and collaboration
- Support organizational change initiatives and help leaders communicate and implement changes
- Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives
- Participate in HR projects, process improvements, and broader people initiatives
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee and business matters
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role
- Strong working knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and employee-relations principles
- Demonstrated experience advising and coaching managers and business leaders
- Strong understanding of workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence decision-making across multiple organizational levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with HRIS systems, reporting tools, and HR analytics
- Ability to interpret HR data and trends and translate findings into practical recommendations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Strong judgment and ability to appropriately handle confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to work collaboratively across HR and business functions
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Preferred: Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR
- Preferred experience supporting organizational growth, transformation, restructuring, or change-management initiatives
- Preferred experience developing and delivering employee engagement programs
- Preferred experience supporting leadership-development or succession-planning programs
- Preferred experience working in a multi-site, matrixed, manufacturing, technology, or global organization
- Preferred experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
