About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop product-specific training programs for employees, distributors, partners, and physicians
- Support new product launches, ensuring successful market introduction
- Assist in developing surgical techniques, promotional materials, catalogs, and related content
- Attend surgeries involving the company’s products
- Support the sales team during technical visits, demonstrations, presentations, and technical negotiations
- Gather and report market, physician, and customer feedback to internal teams, including Sales, Quality, and R&D
- Assist with planning events and congresses
- Accompany visits from physicians, distributors, employees, and guests
- Participate in congresses, trade shows, and events
- Conduct workshops
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification
- Previous experience in Clinical Applications or a similar role in the orthopedics sector
- Experience with OPME (Orthoses, Prostheses, and Special Materials) and hospital operations, including operating rooms
- Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and ability to build relationships with physicians and hospital teams
- Relevant specialization or postgraduate qualification preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) preferred
- Intermediate English and Spanish preferred
- Willingness and availability to travel and work in the field preferred
