About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models
Implement algorithms for NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics
Run experiments, evaluate results, and improve model accuracy and efficiency
Collect, clean, and prepare data for training and inference
Transform data science prototypes into production-ready solutions
Work with databases, APIs, and Big Data platforms to ensure scalable pipelines
Deploy AI models into AWS, Azure, GCP, or on-premises systems
Integrate AI solutions into existing products and company platforms
Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve AI applications
Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders
Translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions
Share findings and insights with technical and non-technical teams
Stay updated on AI research, frameworks, and tools
Ensure AI applications follow ethical guidelines, data privacy, and regulatory standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proficiency in Python
Knowledge of Java, C++, or R is a plus
Experience with ML/DL frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and scikit-learn
Solid grasp of mathematics, statistics, and algorithms
Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, Pandas, Spark, and Hadoop
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, and CI/CD pipelines is preferred
Exposure to NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, or reinforcement learning is preferred
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
Applicants must hold a valid EU work permit
