About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead governance forums for technical delivery teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
Support complex technical project risk management and resolutions for release train engineers and system integrators
Maintain traceability matrices, deployment schedules, and solution documentation
Apply SAFe and Agile methodologies across programs
Escalate and resolve unresolved system integration issues across delivery streams
Conduct impact assessments and risk mitigation planning for system dependencies
Ensure cross-stream handshakes and unblock challenges through structured governance
Oversee partner delivery performance against SLAs and contractual obligations
Coordinate reporting, penalty management, and service quality reviews
Lead vendor relationship management and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with procurement and legal teams to draft and negotiate partner contracts
Support SOW definition, onboarding, and transition frameworks for new vendors
Ensure compliance with budgetary and governance standards
Coordinate engineering, QA, and operations
Lead escalation management during release cutovers and critical delivery phases
Foster collaboration, accountability, and delivery excellence across teams
Perform other delivery tasks as required by the Head of Technology Delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in technical delivery leadership across large-scale programs
Strong understanding of system integration, software development lifecycles, and Agile/SAFe frameworks
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in vendor governance, contract negotiation, and performance management
Ability to align technical delivery with business goals and long-term transformation strategies
Skilled in managing delivery roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives, and driving measurable outcomes
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with PMO, QA, engineering, and business teams
Ability to coordinate across geographies and delivery models (Agile, SAFe, DevOps)
Highly organized and methodical in managing multiple concurrent projects and partner relationships
Certifications such as PMP, SAFe, or ITIL are highly desirable
