About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build, test, and deploy multi-channel member acquisition and engagement campaigns through email, mail, and SMS in Braze
  • Build, launch, and maintain standard and moderately complex campaigns and Canvases using templates and governance
  • Manage audience segmentation, trigger logic, personalization, dynamic content, and A/B testing
  • Monitor daily campaign health and conversion funnel metrics, including engagement, conversion, activation, incremental lift, and campaign efficiency
  • Own campaign orchestration from intake through retrospective
  • Develop briefs and workback plans, coordinate assets and approvals, manage dependencies, and keep stakeholders informed
  • Build and maintain AI-assisted project management workflows to keep launches on schedule and reduce bottlenecks
  • Support broader Growth initiatives such as webinars, landing-page tests, and SEO/SEM campaigns
  • Analyze campaign performance and recommend testing, segmentation, personalization, and automation improvements
  • Coordinate cross-functional work with Lifecycle, Marketing Operations, Data, Content, Design, Product, and other Growth teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in lifecycle marketing, campaign management, or growth marketing within a B2C or B2B2C environment
  • Hands-on experience building, segmenting, and executing campaigns in enterprise customer engagement platforms such as Braze, Iterable, or SFMC
  • Understanding of customer-data concepts including events, attributes, segments, eligibility rules, and behavioral triggers
  • Ability to communicate requirements clearly to Marketing Operations and Data partners
  • Experience project managing complex, multi-asset marketing campaigns across creative, web, and operational teams
  • Hands-on proficiency with growth analytics tools such as GA4, Looker, or Amplitude
  • Experience using generative AI tools to streamline campaign workflows, draft variants, or optimize task tracking
  • Hands-on Braze experience, including Canvas, Liquid, Content Blocks, Catalogs, or Connected Content
  • Experience in healthcare, financial services, insurance, or another regulated consumer environment requiring formal legal, clinical, or compliance review
  • Experience with direct mail, SMS, client-specific B2B2C campaigns, webinar promotion, or channels beyond email
  • Basic SQL, JSON, or data-schema literacy
  • Exposure to landing-page optimization, web campaigns, SEO, or SEM
  • Ability to work with sensitive patient information under HIPAA and follow security and privacy procedures
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
