About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide administrative, social media, content, graphic design, and meeting support to the client
  • Create and prepare social media content, graphics, and visual assets
  • Format and schedule approximately 2–4 social media posts per week
  • Maintain consistency with the client’s brand, visual style, and guidelines
  • Develop content ideas and repurpose existing information into social media content
  • Manage the client’s inbox and email
  • Organize and prioritize information and conduct administrative follow-ups
  • Prepare information and materials for meetings
  • Organize meeting details and conduct relevant research
  • Coordinate meeting-related tasks and support meeting follow-up administration
  • Create simple to moderately complex social media graphics using templates and existing brand assets
  • Adapt content for different social media formats
  • Support the client’s day-to-day activities, helping reduce routine work and keep tasks moving without constant supervision
  • The role does not include lead-generation outreach or email outreach

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Experience with social media content creation
  • Basic to intermediate graphic design skills
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • Good research and information-gathering skills
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the client
  • Professional judgment and a proactive attitude
  • Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly
  • Comfortable learning and working with email and inbox management tools, social media platforms, Canva or similar graphic design tools, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, calendar and meeting-management tools, spreadsheets, online documents, and AI tools such as Gemini or Claude
  • Ability to accommodate the client’s preferred working hours/time zone when needed
