Design, develop, and launch a professional, mobile-responsive website for Grounded Incremental Coaching
Establish the business's online presence and support upcoming university and partnership opportunities
Create a centralized platform for course registrations, free resources, and future marketing activities
Build a polished landing page and essential website pages that the client can manage, update, and expand independently
Create homepage, About Me, Contact, Free Resources, Courses and Registration, and Resources and Support pages
Configure contact forms to deliver submissions directly to the client's business email
Provide downloadable resources including PDFs, reflection templates, gratitude worksheets, mini-guides, videos, and audio resources
Add course descriptions, schedules, pricing where applicable, and registration or external booking links
Integrate social media links for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Where feasible, integrate email sign-up, mailing list, and prospective participant lead capture
Implement mobile responsiveness, basic SEO, meta descriptions, relevant keywords, SSL security, and contact-form spam protection
Apply the client's Canva assets and preferred visual identity
Test website functionality, forms, links, and mobile display
Provide a walkthrough or basic instructions for independent content updates
Complete the project within a target timeframe of 7–14 days, subject to scope, package, and timely provision of assets and feedback

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrable experience in website development, landing pages, and responsive web design
Proficiency in at least one suitable CMS or website builder, such as Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress
Experience with contact forms, email integrations, registration links, and email capture tools
Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals, SSL, website security, and spam protection
Strong design sense and ability to translate a client's branding preferences into a cohesive website
Experience integrating Canva assets and social media links
Ability to build a scalable website that the client can maintain without extensive technical assistance
Good communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and meet agreed deadlines
A portfolio of relevant websites or landing pages is required
Ability to use Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, or an agreed alternative
Ability to use Canva
Knowledge of basic SEO tools and website analytics where appropriate
Ability to use business email and a suitable mailing list or form integration, if required
