Update and modify pages within Wix
Create or duplicate pages using existing templates
Modify text, images, buttons, and page elements
Rearrange and resize elements using Wix's drag-and-drop interface
Connect buttons to appropriate internal pages
Maintain existing brand colors, fonts, layout style, visual consistency, and page structure
Review pages on desktop and mobile views
Ensure content is aligned, readable, and visually balanced
Follow screenshots, written instructions, and existing pages as design references
Use provided content and instructions to make requested changes
Potentially assist with basic Wix newsletter/content publishing tasks
Conduct basic quality checks before submitting completed work
Ask for clarification before proceeding when instructions are unclear
Update the homepage to reflect the client's broader Emotional Wellness Coach positioning
Provide clear pathways to Mind-Body Connection and Parenting / Parenting Teens areas
Present approximately 11 existing workshops through the website while retaining existing payment functionality
Pause, ask for clarification, provide samples or progress updates, and wait for confirmation when needed
Complete a practical website-related assessment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with Wix or another comparable website builder
Strong understanding of basic web layout and visual presentation
Comfortable with drag-and-drop website editors
Good attention to spacing, alignment, sizing, and readability
Understanding of responsive/mobile website layouts
Basic content management experience
Ability to follow existing design patterns rather than introducing an unrelated design
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow step-by-step instructions accurately
Comfortable using screenshots and AI tools such as ChatGPT to review visual layouts
No coding/programming experience is required
Proficiency or familiarity with Wix, Google Workspace, email, WhatsApp, and ChatGPT or comparable AI tools
Candidate should ideally have some overlap with the client's Pacific Time (PT) working hours
Must complete a practical assessment before engagement
Must provide an estimate of assessment duration and accurately report actual time spent
