Requirements

- 6+ months remote customer service OR 1 year on-site experience

- Comfortable navigating systems while speaking
- Dedicated, quiet home workspace
- Windows 11 PC with 8GB RAM minimum; 16GB recommended
- USB headset with noise cancellation
- Wired high-speed internet; Wi-Fi-only not permitted
- Dual monitors recommended
- No MacBooks or Chromebooks
- Mandatory certification attendance and completion
- Ability to meet attendance and performance benchmarks
- Must meet startup and technical requirements
- 1099 independent contractor arrangement
