About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze client requirements and research technical solutions for new features and workflows
- Conduct technical research and create clear, structured documentation
- Define technical guidelines and asset creation standards for the art team
- Optimize geometry, materials, shaders, and assets for performance across platforms
- Ensure technical consistency and visual quality according to platform requirements
- Collaborate with the team, participate in discussions and feedback loops, and deliver high-quality environment assets
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proficiency with Unreal Engine 5
- Solid understanding of the Nanite and Lumen pipelines
- Hands-on experience with shader setup, World Partition, and technical documentation
- Strong and confident English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to communicate effectively with people from different cultural and professional backgrounds
- Ability to process feedback and turn it into actionable improvements
- Strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Open-mindedness and willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and workflows
- Understanding of real-time rendering constraints across PC and consoles (a plus)
- Basic scripting knowledge using Python, C#, or Blueprints (a plus)
